  • Ran as half day workshops where employees could choose to go to either the morning session or afternoon, this ensured it was cost effective and was flexible for staff.

  • Training in managing others, the role of the manager, leading and managing a team, empowerment and delegation, management performance, coaching effectively and managing upwards.
  • Training in managing relationships, managing peers, influencing skills, negotiating skills and managing conversations.
  • Training in delivering results, thinking strategically, developing business cases and project management.
  • Training in communicating effectively, writing briefs, writing proposals, presentation skills, verbal communication and interpersonal sensitivity.
In 2010 ran a People training program:

  • Creating a realistic and challenging case study about department in Cheap Flights.
  • Work through the case study over an extended period of time to learn about HR knowledge that they need through solving the practical issues they are presented with.
  • Issues tackled during case study: sickness absence, holidays, pay, recruitment, managing others, HR and Facilities.
