Andrea is founder of People Business. She is an experienced HR professional, organisational development consultant and facilitator. With a background of corporate senior roles including successful spells as HR Director, Head of Training, Head of Management Development and other ‘people orientated positions’ in organisations such as Going Places, Argos and Harrods, Andrea brings a wealth of experience and impact to her work with clients.
Andrea believes that enabling people in this way is not a “soft option” for those that have the time and other resources to do so, but rather it is the most effective way of improving the performance of organisations so that they consistently deliver business objectives. Inspired people, with a clear sense of what must be done can deliver extraordinary results.
Andrea’s role over the last five years has been developing People Business to play an advisory role in supporting organisations developing strategy and managing change. With an M.B.A. and significant experience of the essential HR disciplines Andrea achieves a healthy mix of innovation, pragmatism (with a little humour for good measure) and this is always centred on delivering results.
Andrea is a long suffering lifetime Spurs supporter and enjoys travel when she can free up time to do so.
Lisa Bolton - HR Consultant
Providing practical client focused HR support in a professional and relaxed way to help her clients deliver the best possible results, has been Lisa’s specialism over the last 15 years. Lisa has held generalist HR manager roles within the following Companies:

Lisa joined People Business in March 2004 to support the expansion of the Business and to share her knowledge and skills with her clients, to enable them to deliver results through their people.
Lisa is our resident Pizza expert and as a result of this specialism she also likes to swim regularly and goes to the gym! Also very passionate about the theatre and enjoys concerts (do Abba count?), eating out and spending time with friends.

Julie Ware - Executive Assistant to Andrea
Julie is Executive Assistant to Andrea. Julie is responsible for ensuring high quality support for clients from our Ottershaw offices. For her sins she also looks after the Finance and IT for the company. She has been with People Business since September 2005.
Julie is our resident chocolate expert and can be relied upon to sample all manner of flavours. Chilli chocolate being a current favourite.
Laura Dickinson - Administration Assistant
Laura is Administration Assistant to People Business. She started her career working with children as a nursery assistant. Since starting with People Business over two years ago she has developed her administration skills attaining an NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration. Laura aspires to be a nurse and is combining her studies with working part time.
