The PB Executive Profiler delivering reliable resultsPeople Business has worked with HgCapital, a leading investor in the European private equity market, for three years. Our role has been to assist the investing teams in assessing the capabilities and potential of senior managers. We were asked to assess the management team of a market leader in the management of complex clinical trials of new drugs on behalf of the world's top pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms based in The Netherlands. Our team used the PB Executive Profiler to assess the CEO, Finance and Business Development Directors, to enable the investing team to get a better understanding not just of the individual’s capabilities but also insight into how effective they were as a team. Our team completed the assessments in one day at the company’s premises to minimise disruption.
