Team DevelopmentWe were asked to work with the Internal Consulting team at Tesco to continue team–building work using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) – a well–respected personality questionnaire. The aim was to help the team shift from mere understanding of their type and preferences to being able to apply this learning in a very tangible way to their work. Individual feedback was followed by a series of short workshops that focussed the group on how best to use their collective understanding of strengths and development areas to benefit the important work of the team. |
