Training and DevelopmentSiemens were introducing 360–degree appraisals in the UK as part of a global programme. Their web enabled 360 degree tool had been designed in house and they wanted to carry out some training to ensure that all the HR team members who would be responsible for facilitating feedback sessions with line managers were skilled to deliver a consistent experience. The challenge of the training was to design and deliver a programme that would be stretching for a participant group of very mixed experience, ensuring that those with little experience had enough input to provide them with the foundation skills necessary as well as giving those with more experience further insights into how to make their feedback sessions even more effective. “We used People Business to provide training for our Personnel team in the skills of delivering 360 degree feedback.
