What do we do?

  • Analyse the critical success factors required in the job. This is often done through a 360–degree assessment of the role, taking into account the recruiting manager’s perspective as well as that of peers/colleagues, direct reports and internal customers. Equally as important is making an assessment of the culture and what character traits and personalities will either operate most effectively within it or be strong enough to change it
  • Design the assessment process to measure ability, skills, behaviours, motivation, attitude and potential. We use a range of sophisticated “best in class” assessment tools as well as our own specially designed tools
  • Carry out the assessment. Usually this takes place over a period of 4–5 hours
  • Write a detailed PB Executive Profiler report providing feedback for the client focussing on the critical success factors required in the role
  • Feedback to the candidate
