HR Health Check works in three phases

HR Diagnosis

First we gather important data about what is happening in your organisation through the use of 360–degree feedback.

We combine this with a “desk review” and assessment of the important policies, communications, surveys and other documents that impact on people. This is supplemented with face–to–face interviews to provide more qualitative data around critical areas. External benchmarks are also used to give objective comparisons.

HR Review

The data gathered at the diagnosis stage is consolidated. This provides unique insights into what’s currently working in your organisation and more significantly what could be done to improve the performance of leaders, teams and individuals.

HR Recommendations

We identify for you those issues that are having the biggest impact on motivation, morale, work performance and results and offer clear recommendations about how to resolve them, often working with HR functions to improve the effectiveness of people practice.
