We worked closely with the Learning and Development team at NHS Property Services to provide a two-part workshop, ‘Creating Healthy Teams’ which we delivered virtually to their employees, who manage others.
The two sessions, which last a combined x6 hours, covered topics such as open communication, team tensions/conflict, wellbeing and inclusion – designed to help leaders of teams create the right environment for positive practices/ behaviours to thrive.
Those that signed up to the workshop were asked, along with their team members to complete a ‘How healthy is your team’ survey in advance of the session. A report, comparing the leader and team responses formed the opening discussion of the first workshop and allowed attendees an opportunity to reflect on the current health of their team.
Workshops were facilitated by an experienced People Business consultant and were engagement focussed, providing an opportunity for attendees to share thoughts, challenges and learnings with one another.
It was a fantastic session – I felt the hosts really engaged us and allowed the session to flow as input was given from attendees. The content was very engaging, and I felt like the hosts spoke from experience which is always so valuable in these sessions. The content itself was engaging, the conversations that started up because of it were really insightful and although quite an intense session, I didn’t lose interest. It felt like it went by quickly and I learnt a lot that can be applied in real life – the hosts had a big part to play in that. Really glad I attended this.
