People Development
People Business will create personalised, targeted coaching sessions to support and challenge leaders so they can have tailored development.
Executive Coaching
The field of executive coaching has grown considerably in recent times. It is a form of organisational learning through one-to-one conversations that facilitate development for leaders. Over the last few years, there’s been a profound change in how coaching is viewed. In the past, if you heard the word coaching you’d assume there was a problem. Nowadays coaching is increasingly seen as something to be proud of, as demonstrating emotional intelligence and insight. Senior executives now often acknowledge that they have had coaching and that it has informed them as leaders and influenced their value systems, the way they deal with other people or their approach to their work.

Management Coaching
The overall effectiveness of executive coaching has been reported both by organisations and individuals as well as in academic journals. Executive coaching has positive impacts on individual-level performance and skills, well-being, coping, work attitudes and goal-directed self-regulation. It has been concluded that coaching is an effective intervention in organisations and has a greater impact on performance compared with any other popular workplace development tools.

We have worked collaboratively with People Business to deliver integrated experiential learning programmes for our clients since 2002. Andrea is fantastic to work with – highly experienced and knowledgeable in her field, flexible and accommodating with a unique facilitation style that we feel gets the best out of our clients.
People Business are the ultimate professionals. I have known Andrea for the whole 15 years of People Business (and longer!) and her quality of analysis, programme design and delivery – and above all, her willingness to say things that the client might prefer not to hear – make her unparalleled in this area. Critically, she is backed up by a wonderful team who deliver to the highest standards… again and again.
I have relied on them to turn my team’s performance around, develop, and motivate them. In each of my companies, the challenges and priorities were different and the people that needed development were incredibly varied. People Business delivered good results every time, and their work was stellar, relevant and fun. People Business, thank you for making me look good in front of my team, peers and bosses
