Incorporating eLearning into your organisation
At People Business, we make learning accessible, flexible and engaging. We have eLearning courses ranging from a full six-module Management Development Programme through to GDPR or hormonal health – or we can create a bespoke course expertly tailored to your needs.
- Blended learning: Blended learning combines the best of both worlds, the flexibility of eLearning and the personal interaction of face-to-face training. A lot of clients like to start off with an eLearning course and then follow up with an in-person training session or webinar.
- Onboarding programmes: We can develop a series of online courses that cover company policies, culture, job-specific training and compliance requirements. This ensures all new hires receive consistent and comprehensive training regardless of location.
- Continuous learning and development: We can help you create a wide range of courses that help employees develop new skills and advance their careers. This can include technical training, leadership development, soft skills and more.
- Custom training solutions: Tailor eLearning programmes to meet the specific needs of your organisation. We can conduct a thorough needs assessment to identify the unique training requirements of your organisation. Based on the output of the assessment we can then develop custom eLearning content that addresses your organisation’s specific challenges, processes and industry requirements. This can include bespoke modules, case studies and interactive scenarios that reflect real-world situations faced by your employees.
How eLearning with People Business works
- Initial discussion: We will have an initial discussion with you to determine the best course and pricing plan for you and your organisation.
- Preview the eLearning course: We will give you access to preview the course to ensure you are happy with the content.
- Branding: We can brand the eLearning course with your organisation’s logo and colours for full personalisation.
- Enrolment: We enrol all applicable employees onto our LMS system and the eLearning course.
- Progression: We can track and update you on your employees’ progress on the courses as often as needed. If needs be, we can also enrol applicable users as instructors to monitor progress.
- Certification: Upon completion of an eLearning course, certifications can be generated so that the hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!
For our bespoke eLearning courses, we can design the course with as much input from you as needed. You will have the opportunity to review and feedback on the course up to three times.

Why choose People Business or your eLearning requirements?
What our clients say about us
Judy Franz, Finance Director, BPM-D
“People Business support us on all our HR matters. They recognise that we have limited resource on our HR team and provide the necessary support and knowledge when we need it. They also challenge us into areas that we hadn’t even considered as needing attention. As a result we have a happier workforce, a better structured approach to HR and are striving to do better all the time. On urgent matters they have been super-responsive and their advice has been sound.”
